(By submitting this audition registration form, the Parent/Legal Guardian acknowledges the following provisions:
I agree that the Kirov Academy is not liable and is held harmless from any losses, injuries, damages or expenses related to the above-named student's participation as well as visitors in association with the above-named student. Any and all claims against the Academy are waived. In turn, any damage and/or harm caused by the student and/or visitor will be the responsibility of the parent/legal guardian.
The Kirov Academy of Music reserves the right to make photo, audio and/or video recordings at any time during the course or performances and to use such recordings for any purposes. Participation in the Kirov Academy of Music constitutes a waiver of all claims and fees for the broadcast of any photographic, audio and video content.
