Thinking Outside the Box!

Logical Thinking Foundational for College Courses

Mathematics should be taught so that it becomes useful to students in life.

Our Programs

Offering regular and advanced levels for middle school and high school students appropriate for each student's growth

Middle School Program

Our middle school students develop fluency in Algebra I, II, and Geometry. They become confident and prepared to excel using the Russian system of mathematical education relying on deep exploration and understanding of algebraic concepts, empowering them to solve complex mathematical problems. The program extends beyond mathematics, as its students learn a rigorous approach to any problems, using logic and critical thinking in every aspect of their lives.

Regular

This class introduces MS Grades 6-8 to the methods of Russian Math, including logical thinking, creative thinking, and new approaches to solving Math problems in more efficient ways. Classes are conducted online in small groups of less than 10 students, 2 to 3 times per week in 50 minute sessions. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 4:00pm and 8:00pm EST; or in double sessions of 50 minutes on Saturday or Sunday afternoons.

Advanced

This class introduces students to High School level methods of Russian Math. A student is required to take the Regular Class first, or test out of it to enter the Advanced Class. Scheduling is by arrangement with the instructor in small groups of less than 10.

High School Program

Instructing high school students to use reasoning and abstract thinking helps them to better understand the theory of functions, differentials, derivatives, and integrals.

In the high school curriculum, we give our students mathematical problems from financial and banking, engineering, physics, etc. that gives an idea of how mathematical approaches can be used to solve various problems that cannot be approached otherwise.

Regular

This class introduces HS Grades 9-11 to the methods of Russian Math, including logical thinking, creative thinking, and new approaches to solving Math problems in more efficient ways. This class supports HS student development and improvement in solving Math problems in real life examples as well as helping them to prepare for higher scores in standardized tests such as SAT & ACT. Classes are conducted online in small groups of less than 10 students, 2 times per week in 50-minute sessions, on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm EST; or in double sessions of 50 minutes on Saturday or Sunday afternoons.

Advanced

This class introduces students who are already competent in methods of Russian Math to College level concepts and advanced mathematical problem solving. It is required that students take at least one course in High School Regular Class to qualify for this course. Schedule is by arrangement with the instructor in small groups of less than 10.
