A Message from Our President & CEO

Kirov Academy Logo

Dear Kirov Family and Friends,

I would like to congratulate Mr. Runqiao Du, our Artistic Director, our Kirov student winners and the Kirov Academy team for an unprecedented win at the YAGP Semi-Finals receiving the Outstanding School Award for the second time, 1st place prizes in all five ensemble pieces, and other 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes in different categories.

They say that two points determine a line. Our YAGP victories for the last two years point to a future that is bright and exciting for the Kirov Academy. Despite the pandemic, the Kirov Team came together to make sure that each and every one of our students was best prepared and our students delivered beautifully throughout the competition.

Thank you and congratulations once again Mr. Du for being a living testament to Kirov Academy’s three principles: Purpose, Perseverance, and Performance. Your dedication to the arts and your devotion to your students are an inspiration to us all. Under your continued leadership as the Artistic Director, we look forward to the YAGP Finals in May.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank all the parents for entrusting your precious children in our care. It is your support and encouragement that have helped shape the success of our students and our school. Please stay safe and well and we send you our big congratulations on our YAGP victory.

All the best,

Tatiana Moon
